We learnt today that  a house in The Street,Foxearth was broken into during early Monday afternoon. Personal items were taken as well as an amount of cash. It is believed that the burglars obtained access from the back of the property, gaining entry by using a garden implement and forcing a window.

Lessons to be learnt here. It happened in broad daylight so it shows we all need to be even more vigilant both to safeguard our own property as well as that of our neighbours. Also be sure to lock away garden tools and not leave then where they can used in place of the traditional jemmy.
